Hi, I’m Nikki Cloud, the baker behind Bake Someone Happy. Originally from New Zealand and now calling Illinois home for over 25 years, I discovered my passion for baking through creating cupcakes for friends. I believe every dessert should bring joy, and I’m proud to bake that happiness into everything I make.
HOW IT STARTED
What began as a creative outlet quickly became something I truly loved—the joy of designing beautiful desserts and seeing the happiness they bring to others.
HOW IT'S GOING
Today, I’m a cottage baker specializing in a variety of handcrafted desserts made with care, creativity, and heart. From the look of each treat to the last delicious bite, my goal is to create desserts that make every occasion a little sweeter.
