All items listed on our website are made-to-order. We do not carry inventory, and items cannot be purchased through a traditional shopping cart. Instead, you must submit an Order Request Form, after which you’ll be contacted with availability, turnaround time, and payment details.

Prices listed on the site are subject to change without notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received. We accept credit card payments through secure invoicing. A deposit may be required for large or custom orders.

Due to the custom nature of our baked goods, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup/delivery date. Orders canceled after that time may not be eligible for a refund.

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including, but not limited to: nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and soy. We do our best to prevent cross-contamination, but cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

All orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time and location in Lake County, IL. Delivery may be available for an additional fee. Missed pickups or deliveries may result in product disposal without refund.

All photos, text, logos, and designs on this site are the property of Bake Someone Happy and may not be copied or used without written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse any order request at our discretion, including for behavior that is abusive, unreasonable, or unsafe.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
